Booth Layout

The layout of the booths of Middle East Natural & Organic Product Expo 2010

Form 1 - Application for Space & Advertisement in the Show Catalogue

The Booth Space booking application form to be filled by the exhibitor. Exhibitor can also opt the required advertisement (if interested) in the same form.

Form 2 – Fascia Name

Shell Scheme exhibitors have to fill this form. The name given in this form will be printed on the fascia board (name board) at the booth.

Form 3 – Furniturel

Any additional furniture are to be filled-up and sent to the organizers on or before 30 October 2010. Exhibitors can choose the additional furniture desired by referring to the images given.

Form 4 - Electrical

Exhibitors who require additional power are requested to fill-up this form with details there in and submit before 30th October 2010. Exhibitors who needs uninterrupted power supply (all the 3 days even in the night) have to order additional power.

Form 5 – Water Connection

Exhibitors who require water connection at your booth are requested to fill-up this form with details there in and submit before 30th October 2010.

Exhibition Technical Manual

Exhibition Technical Manual is a booklet containing detailed information, rules & regulations, various application forms etc. Exhibitors are requested to download this important document for their reference and further action.
