Form 5 - Furniture / Electrical / Audio Visual Order Form

Details of Fascia Name Board, any additional furniture / electrical requirements are to be filled-up and sent to the organizers on or before 30 October 2011. Exhibitors can choose the additional furniture desired by referring to the Furniture / Electrical guide given in theExhibition Technical Manual.
